Great & enjoyable but with unnecessary shortcomings

Good: Location, access to beaches, inside & outside facilities, spacious property, capacity to absorb us and additional guests around tables; kangaroos in yard. Bad: Grubby, inconvenient curtains; no provision of cheap little comforts (such as extra pillows, settee cushions; wood for the inside firebox or outside firepit); no aircon heating / cooling options; mould in wet areas; dirty, cobwebbed windows.
