The property was well maintained, simple and welcoming. However the experience with booking in the property with Mollymook Milton was not too smooth. The communication with the customer service until a few hours before check-in was good, fairly responsive. However they had a major issue with the backend system and as a result no access code was sent to us - no emails / messages past 2PM - the check-in was 3PM. I had to call the customer service (offshore) several times admits poor network, until finally on phone we were informed that the payment was successful and it was just "0.01" cents that was pending (probably a system bug), which had to be paid so as to receive the access code. This was sounding ridiculous and should have been fairly obvious to the customer executive to solve this regardless as that is not even an amount and not our mistake. Anyway further request to sort this ASAP, the customer exec was helpful in atlleast verbally giving us the access code. We had very limited phone network reception in the property and no wifi. We ended up chcki in after dark in winter, with no arrival instructions. Things worked out only intuitively and printed check-in guide once inside the property What was disappointing is there has been no acknowledgement from the Mollymook Milton team to respond to my email requesting for a response on this. Only the checkout reminder was sent a day before. Therefore not a pleasant experience nor efforts to acknowledge.
