“You need bigger trash cans. We stayed 3 nights and ran out of room in the tiny trash cans. You need to provide Kleenex and in room coffee. Who want to go to the coffee spot in Pjs? We stayed at #18 in Branson Mo. the parking was difficult and the person next to us did not park head in taking up 3 spaces.”

“Staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly! Room was nice and clean. Lovely grounds…saw lots of deer.”

“Lovely facility. Nice rooms. We had a studio on the ground floor. It was very convenient. Our only gripe was that the thermostat wouldn't allow us to make the room cool enough for my wife to sleep well.”

“This was our second time to stay here. The first time was great! This time, however, there were two concerns. 1) The floors were filthy dirty. Walking barefoot or in socks blackened the bottom of our feet. This was not just in our room. We had family staying in two other rooms...all of them made your feet black. The floors are vinyl. I am wondering if they ever get mopped clean or does housekeeping simply sweep. I saw an electric broom on a housekeeping cart, but no mop. 2) Our TV did not……

“I would stay here again. It isn’t fancy and shiny new, but it was clean, had a spa tub in the room that I wasn’t expecting. Beds were good but pillows were flat. Staff was fine giving us a couple of extra ones. The clerk that was there was filling in and did a super job! Pool was great!”

“The people there were really nice explaining to us that the motel wasn't open that they couldn't understand why Expedia kept sending people there with reservations Expedia really dropped the ball on this cause us not to have a motel and had to find something on the fly thank God there was something available on a weekend in Branson”

“The two story cottage that was advertised and is what I based the booking on, was not what we were provided. Instead, we were placed in a 4 story apartment like building, on the 4th floor with no elevator, and lugging up all of our items in 94 degree, high humidity heat was unacceptable. This was an absolute bait and switch. I would never book with them again.”

“We stayed here for a concert at the Thunder Ridge Nature Arena on 7/25/26. Staff was so nice and helpful. Since it's a more rural area, there weren't many Ubers or Lyfts and the shuttle didn't go that far. Be real cool if it did though lol. Room was so nice and well stocked, we will definitely stay here again. My only complaint was the tv wasn't working due to 'no internet ' but we were so tired after the concert it was fine.”
