「The best vacation ever!! Very close to the beach- We walked on the beach almost everyday. Breathtaking views from all the windows, especially the main window. Town was a short walk away. Beach towels and all you could need to cook were provided. You can't tell from the pictures but there is a TV there probably 42 inches.The rocking chair was my favorite to sit in, very comfortable. Only pro was the sofa bed was broken, however there was sleeping pads under the twin beds and that worked just fine...

「Extremely clean. Amazing view. Well stocked in every way: kitchen utensils, pots, pans, crockpot, spices, etc. Everything you’d need to cook meals, which we did. Plenty of towels (including beach towels), soap and toilet paper. An amazing feature is the heated water that comes out of the faucet outside to wash off the sand with. 」

「This home was very comfortable for 13 adults and 4 kids under 5 years old. Another bathroom would have been nice, but... The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware. The best kitchen we've ever had. Only needed a small saucepan. A few issues, the ice maker and water on the fridge didn't work and the master bathroom light annoyingly flickers.I hear the grill was difficult. Cleaning wise, it could have been searched better for former guests belongings (toothpaste tubes, clothing)...

「We had a fantastic stay at the Sand Castle! Great location, right in the middle of town and on the beach. The wild bunnies were a big hit with the kids! Arnold and Malia were super attentive and responsive. The house itself is very cute and kept very clean (unlike many other beach houses we have stayed at). 「We are already talking about when we can return to Livermore cottage. Cape Arch is breath taking and the cottage is the perfect place to take a break from the world. The views of the ocean from the livingroom, the record player, board games, piano, comfy beds and a hosts who are clearly incredibly organized and thoughtful have included everything for your stay. This house feels loved and we felt so lucky to get to stay in it. 」
