All bottles were completely empty. Shower head came off while showering. Toilet wouldn’t flush. I really feel it that our room was not ready to have us. So many things wrong. 」

「At check-in, I asked if they had a top-floor or end unit room because I was a light sleeper. The desk clerk said, "I've got you in room 206, right in the middle" Pretty much exactly the opposite of what I'd just said. Across the hall was some loud gathering that I could hear inside my room with the door closed. Whoever was above me kept stomping around continuously until at least 10:30. I had the bathroom fan, air conditioner fan and TV on, and put on an 8-hour YouTube video of white...
