「Staff was wonderful and massages were out of this world!!!」

「The property was under construction and looked nothing like the photos. Then once getting in the room, the tub was so dirty that my mom grabbed the towels to clean it and they were completely black. She then threw them away and while Checking out, they tried to charge her for the towels she used to clean their dirty tub. Awful experience and will never book here again.」

The hardware from the faucet had water spraying all over the bathroom, which I wasn’t impressed about given it was a new property. I needed this tub given I was postpartum and healing, this was specifically the reason why I booked to begin with. I was in tears at this point and the tub itself was dirty and...
