"The hotel and staff were great. But if you're staying there as a convenience to the airport, be prepared to take the hotel shuttle 2.5 hours before your flight. The hotel shuttle does not drop off at terminals, so you have to take a shuttle, the AirTrain and then another shuttle to the terminals. We left 2 hours prior to our flight and almost missed it. So plan accordingly. "

"Le séjour était agréable , le personnel courtois, professionnel, flexible, environnement accessible avec facilité de transport en métro et facilité de marcher pour visiter certains sites touristiques, très bons restaurants aux alentours . Le seul problème l’hôtel n’a pas de stationnement, on ne peut pas se garer dans la rue malgré les parcomètres tous les les stationnements sont réservés aux usages commerciaux, les sites de stationnement public sont quand même coûteux malgré le forfait de l’hôtel ."
