Kind words and explanations were thoroughly given of the towels we used and the property manager still threatened us with taking two towels. If we wanted more towels at our home, we would buy new ones! The description was accurate, comments from other reviews were accurate as it was really warm in one room but the other bedroom was cold. 「The room was clean. The need and pillows were comfortable. The shower was great! The only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the parking. It would be great if there was access to the parking garage. I have a lot of medical equipment I travel with. Hauling it two blocks want fun. If I only traveled with a backpack or light suitcase, it would be much simpler. 」
