「We had a great time. Super close to the beach which was amazing and included beach supplies. Good for both groups, although the bed situation is not ideal. Lots of pull out beds but we made do! Excellent kitchen. Overall great house and AMAZING location.」

「The condo was very nice and extremely close to the beach. We really enjoyed having 3 nice, updated bathrooms and 3 bedroom. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. I liked having assigned gated parking, since parking is difficult in the area. I would stay there again! 」

「Perfect location, one block from the beach and a few blocks from restaurants and shops. Kitchen was well equipped, beach chairs and towels supplied for our use. Small courtyard in front of unit. Thank you!」

「The location was excellent! It is right on the beach. The windows were difficult to see thru, probably a result of the harsh ocean environment. There was a hand written sign on the screen, ‘Do not open’. It would be nice to open the screen to get a clear unobstructed view of the ocean. The curtains on the front of the unit were secured with clips, but several were broken, so they looked a little tacky. The host was great to work with and answered our questions before we arrived and helped us...

「Let me start by saying I live out in the country in Colorado. I'm not used to all the people and all the noise. Hearing the ocean from the room was a beautiful thing, but I did not enjoy the rest of it. The weather was very warm and the condo could have used air conditioning. Fans just didn't get it. I got to spend my time with my daughter and granddaughter which made it all worthwhile.」

「You really can’t beat the location. It’s just steps from the beach. The place itself was clean, spacious, and fully prepared for our stay. The property manager was easy to reach and even checked in with us before arrival, which we appreciated.That said, I do think the listing and photos give the impression that this is more of a standalone condo like many of the other properties on the street. In reality, it appears the building was subdivided into multiple units and feels more like an apartment...

「Amazing stay and the most lovely and accommodating host!! The location could not be more perfect and the views are insane! We loved having our coffee on the patio in the morning and also watching the sunset over the ocean with a glass of wine. Our three kids (7, 5 and 3) had the best time playing the games in the condo. The primary bed was so comfortable and we loved having a bathtub to bathe kiddos after a day of walking to and from the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped and we so appreciated...
