El Banito de Abi

This was our 3rd time staying at this location. Beautiful spot in the mangroves and close to town. The house itself is a bit small but the location and the decks are what make this a very special place. Definitely recommend for either 1 or 2 couples.

Amazing Property

Wow! We checked in after dark, and woke up to an amazing sunrise over the mangrove cays. Jose was a great host, and we will definitely be back!

Awesome place to spend New Years Eve!

Awesome, beautifully decorated home in/on the water. located in one of the nicest towns in Puerto Rico. Jose was an awesome host that made sure he was available to answer questions about the area, dining, or things to do. He even left us a bottle of Champaign for a New Years toast! We had a blast on the Kayaks provided for our use and enjoyed the many dining options of the downtown that is only a 5 minute walk from the house. Came here with my Wife and three Daughters and everyone had a great time. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Another amazing vacation!

We stayed at the Banito de Abi last year and fell in love with the house and its location! We decided to stay again and this time longer. It was another great experience at the house; everything we remembered and better! The house has been updated with a TV that all can enjoy and WIFI which helps me out a lot in planning our daily acitivites. The water was just as translucent as we remembered it. I highly recommend this house when visiting La Parguera or just for an extremely relaxful vacation. Five stars! Can't wait to stay here next year!

Relaxing Week

The location of this property was ideal for a relaxing vacation. The outside porch was absolutely fabulous especially in the late mornings when the sun was blocked by the roof and the morning breeze began to blow. The main drawback of this location was the sparse accommodations. The house was adequate but did not have many frills. There was no real living room as it was combined with the kitchen and the "home built" furniture (essentially boxes with cushions) were uncomfortable. The TV was mounted high on the wall which made viewing difficult but it was connected to the WIFI which provided many viewing options. The two bedrooms were adequate but again no frills and with hard mattresses. The house did have kayaks, fishing poles, coolers, and a large back deck area with chairs and tables that came in very handy. I would most definitely recommend this location for small groups (3 or less) who want to spend quality time together as well as doing many outdoor water related activities (but no real beach in the area). We spent many hours on the wonderful porch talking, laughing and enjoying the beautiful views of the harbor. We also took advantage of the close proximity to the town to participate in boat tours and other water related activities. The owners were a delight to deal with and extremely responsive. I have used VRBO a number of times and never had the pleasure of dealing with such great people. I would definitely rent this location again.

Amazing Rental!!!!

Let me first say, I am very wary of finding rental properties online. You can never really tell if it will work out or not, but this one did! We stayed for 9 days at this property. It's an amazing house right on the water. The front porch is to die for. We never really left it:) My fiancee was thrilled about seeing the Tarpon and other fish that swam all around the house, he's a fisherman. The house has two rooms, cozy enough to fit 5. The kitchen has every you could need: pots, pans, and every utensil you would need for cooking. It was very easy to cook in the kitchen too which was important to us, since we stayed so long. There is a small grill in the back patio that we took advantage of for most of our cooking. The owner of the house, couldn't have been nicer. He was always available to talk, day or night, if I had a question and he sent me emails with things to do and suggestions for places to eat. On our last day, we noticed that there was hardly any water pressure (a problem we discovered with La Parguera and not with the house) and called the owner. He sent someone right over to look at it for us. By the morning, the water pressure was back. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the house and in La Parguera! It was perfect and we highly recommend it! We will definitely be staying again at el banito de abi!

Unwinding

I work too much and as my family were coming to visit for some days I decided to give them a nice vac. Vrbo suggested El bañito de Abi at la Parguera, and it was the best suggestion I ever had.This place is small but enough for 4 persons,very clean,with all the things you may need,and the best view at the PARGUERA ocean. I honestly recommend this place.Iam really relaxed.thanks so much Er

Perfect!

Best place e we've stayed yet! We stayed on the porch for 2 days straight and fished for Tarpon. My son got to catch his first! Nice quiet area, but with some nightlife not too far away if you choose. The house was well equiped with everything and Jose was an excellent host and very responsive. Thank for for letting us enjoy your property, we will be back multiple times in the future!

Amazing house on the water!

We had an amazing stay at this property. The home was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and an unbeatable location. We woke up to the lapping of water outside our windows and spent evening enjoying drinks on the deck overlooking the water. It was peaceful and beautiful. You can’t go wrong here. We can’t wait to come back!!!

Cant get better than this !!!

This beautiful , clean , amazing waterfront , well on the water home , is impeccably clean, incredibly cozy, with the most unimaginable sunrises and views you can get. We took the twin kayak for a short paddle and found a beautiful reef to snorkel on, just beyond one of the islands you see from the deck of the home. The town is incredibly close by where we found great food,wonderful people and a small supermarket. Jose is the perfect host with fast communication and a polite check up call to make sure we had everything we needed and that the home was to our liking ;) This is a place i would love to return to again and again ! Thank you !!!!

A relaxing getaway

This rental is exactly as pictured. It’s cute, quaint, and the daily view is amazing. My husband and I stayed here over Christmas week and it was so relaxing. The space is small, but the back deck with outdoor kitchen space make it feel larger. We spent every morning on the back deck with coffee and breakfast in the shade. Afternoons were on the front deck in the hammock when the sun had moved off it a bit. Absolutely loved having all the doors open for the breeze. Having the kayaks was amazing, so we could pop them in morning or sunset and paddle. As for the area, it’s completely safe and we loved that it was a short walk to town. That being said, restaurants are mostly closed Mon/Tue. Not a problem for us, we like stocking a fridge, doing some cooking or simply eating a cheese plate for dinner. The rental is also about a mile inland from where the party boats drop anchor, so daily from about 2pm to sunset there is some music pumping from the boats. It never really distracted me from my book though and kind of made it a fun vibe. We loved it here and would consider coming back. Thank you Jose!

El Bañito de Abi

This was our second stay at this beautiful home on the water in La Parguera. The home is well equipped and is very clean. It has a beautiful outdoor kitchen area and spacious deck overlooking the water. You can rent a boat nearby to take you to the mangroves. There are numerous restaurants in the area but many do not open until the end of the week. I highly recommend this home for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Lovely spot.

La Parguera

Beautiful home on the water. Very tranquil setting. It is a small home with 2 wonderful decks, one overlooking the bay and the other in the mangroves. The house is very well equipped with quality items. Highly recommend for two couples looking for a a getaway spot.

Pure magic

My partner and I spent 2 amazing days on the houseboat. It was like being in another world. Because of my sensitivities to energy, I usually have to sage properties I visit... sage stayed in my suitcase... The energy of this property and surrounding area was so vibrant and alive with positivity, we both felt like we were cleansed and reborn. I can't wait for my next visit! Stunning Morning Sunrise!

Great location, very private, house on the water, walking distance to center town where you can find entertainment, restaurants, stores & groceries. Very clean! Opening the door to the front porch every day was breathtaking, could spend the whole day in the hammock. Kitchen is fully equipped, TV, Games & is fully air conditioned. Jose was a great host and was very accommodating. Very thankful for the experience!
