“Top notch, very clean and well supplied as it had everything we needed and more. Location and access to Grace Bay/ Bight area was perfect. The private accommodations of the Poolhouse was perfect for our “down” days and provided much needed relaxation. The pool was amazing and used every day of our visit. “Jack, the host, is very welcoming and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay near Georgetown. Very nice to have kayaks and beach stuff to enjoy the beautiful beaches on this island. 4 adults and 2 teens stayed comfortably. They provide a robe so you can enjoy the outdoor shower. Grocery is about 15 min away but I do recommend having Kay get groceries before you arrive. Helps to have some food before you go into town. I recommend using FB group 'Exuma Bahamas-Where to stay/what to do by Bahama……

“11/10. Absolutely breathtaking piece of property, and the house is immaculate! Clean, comfortable, stunning! Hummingbirds, tree frogs, and peacocks to watch. We will be returning! Rick and Jodi were fabulous hosts, easily reached anytime we had a question. Can’t beat the location, lots of stores and restaurants nearby. I have never stayed at a more well equipped rental home, you truly don’t need to bring anything with you (with the exception of lots and lots of snacks if you’ve got kids with……

“The view is amazing, and we loved the size of the property. We had issues with the air conditioning and the property manager was on top of it and had someone come look at it for us. The beach had good sand, and you don't need water shoes at the beach (you will need them to get to the beach because of the rocks leaving the deck). The waves did get rough for a few days because of the wind but it wasn't horrible. All in all we were impressed and are already looking into booking again next year.”

The property manager was top-notch—communication was quick and clear and he went the extra mile to keep us comfortable and made great recommendations for area restaurants and activities.
