Great location and size for the price

This place was perfect for us, walking distance from the beach, shopping, and a few restaurants. The host was easy to contact and the listing was 100% accurate! I would recommend it and definitely would stay there again!

Fun vacation apartment

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I stayed here with my husband and 2 young children. The space suited us very well. It was also walking distance to the beach and nearby restaurants. Would definitely recommend for a family of four.

Great location & clean, new

Great spot, close to everything and a quick walk/bike to the beach. Only drawbacks would be that some windows are lacking screens (esp if you’re bringing little ones) and the tenants downstairs could be a little noisy. Overall a great experience and would rent again.

Perfect location to everything LBI

This house is perfectly located right across the bridge in Ship Bottom, walking distance to all the restaurants, beach or bay. As for the house, nicely done with new appliances and upgraded furniture and flooring. It is definitely a great choice for a family of 4 or a couple getting away to recharge. Fairly quiet neighborhood, with upscale houses. I would recommend and rent again.

LBI SHIP BOTTOM

The place was very neat and clean, location was perfect and convenient. The set up inside the living room , diningroom combo was less then desirable. Meaning the furniture was arranged way off we couldn’t possibly watch the tv properly, there was no hangers in the closet, the drawers smelt a little musty and no Hair dryer in the bathroom. The rest of the stay was good. I would definitely state thoroughly must bring hairdryer, towels, some essentials like trash bags , dishwasher pods and some other stuff!

Super clean and updated

We liked this place a lot. Place was super clean and updated. The only issue was the futon bed was hard as a rock and uncomfortable. I ended up putting an air mattress on it to be able to sleep. The upper bunk was the same, my daughter only slept there one night. I would have preferred a normal bed.

Some good, some not so good.

This property was basically, as shown, on VRBO. My error to not notice there no laundry onsite,. The unit was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable. We loved the proximity to town and the relatively short to walk to the beach and bay. There were several negatives, some of which could not have been helped. Directly across from our unit, the street was completely closed off due to construction on 2 full full blocks, making walking to the beach longer than it would have been. The construction was an unsightly and noisy view from the deck. The unit was very dark. Only 2 windows in the living space, exterior doors did not have screens or any way to let natural light in. The property was decorated with mismatched furniture, far oversized for the space. The large couches were worn (and not new), the dining table was enormous and made it difficult to navigate the small living space. Bedroom furniture was also far too large and the room was tight. Several lights were hung too low causing my 6’1” husband to continually bang his head. Overall, not a peaceful, well decorated rental. Would not recommend.

Excellent location and great owners

If your looking for a clean and comfortable place with a great kitchen and outside dining area, This is the place for you. The location Is excellent and the hosts, John and Camille, are very responsive to any questions or needs you may have. We can’t wait to come back again as the beach is down the block and there are great restaurants, seafood markets, Oki’s butcher, etc. all very close by. Even during COVID-19 we had a spectacular time. Bring your bikes as it’s a very bike friendly area.

Fantastic!

As many have stated this place is small, but for a family of 4 with two young kids it was perfect. No closets, could benefit with some more hooks to hang things but other than that it is a simple, clean space for the beach. The owner is prompt in responding and making sure your stay is comfortable. It is a short walk from the beach, the bay and many restaurants. Overall would definitely stay here again!

2nd floor 1701 Central

Everything was lovely , very comfortable . Kitchen well equipped. Despite no closets, plenty of drawers space. I think having more than 3 staying there could be tight. Master bedroom furniture too large for room kept hitting leg on footboard, significant bruise marks. I would suggest removing footboard. Top bunk mattress could use memory foam topper. Meet John really nice guy, would consider it again.

Need better cleaning crew.

Great place for us and kids! The cleaning crew is probably the biggest shortcoming. Maybe they had a bad week or two but they missed plenty of dirt and my wife says I don’t mind it messy.

updated and clean

I chose this unit mainly because it was updated. Although the rooms are small it is very cozy and functional. Best suited for a family with children as the second bedroom futon is tight for a another adult couple. It's conveniently located at a street with a light. I enjoyed the shaded back patio for morning coffee. I did miss having at least one closet to put away luggage and hang clothes. BTW beach badges aren't included as some rentals do. We enjoyed our stay here.

Convenient/clean/comfortable

Very nice- everything new and very clean. Only drawback - no closets! Would suggest some door or wall hooks or removing bedroom chair or dresser for an armoire so you can hang things. Communication was excellent with owner- location was great.

Very comfortable and relaxing week!
