"WiFi did not work. Phone in room did not work, we called & were told it would be fixed by maintenance the next day but it wasn’t- ever. A lot of people hanging out & partying, you could always smell pot. On checkout the woman manager spoke very rudely to me- but still wanted me to extend my stay! No thank you! Not the kind of place to take your family to. I’m still shocked-Days Inn has always been my go to for 30 years- no problems until now- and wow, what problems 😞"

"Friendly helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast we were able to participate in Wednesday dinner as well. Dogs welcome but not the best access to safe clean areas to walk them. Other guests did not clean up after their pets. I would welcome a dedicated fenced space for dogs. Over all wonderful and comfortable. "

"Our two month stay was amazing. The location was great.. It was close to grocery stores, great restaurants and just a short drive to beaches. The host was very quick to tend to any needs . The fenced in back yard was great for our dog and to just sit a relax. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Chris for being such a great host."

"We had a nice vacation there end of March.The property description is accurate, house in clean and has everything you would need.Communication with the owner is good, fast replays.Both kayaks are in good condition, both are one person kayaks.Two life jackets are provided, one is smaller size, good for kid, but not for adult.If you planning kayak trip for two adults you may want to bring your own life jacket.The canal is very nice, you can easily go to the Gulf, where will be a nice Mangrove forest on your left or a little deeper water if you go straight out of the bigger canal.We saw a lot of different birds around while kayaking including cute duck family with four or five ducklings near the Mangroves.Jacuzzi is good, easy to operate.Location is good, several state and beach parks nearby, plenty of nature to watch.We had no trouble to drive south to Tampa and north to Homosassa. May be some traffic at the rush hours, but that is expected.Overall it was relaxing stay, we want to thank the owners for their hospitality."

"Absolutely wonderful place to stay! It had everything we needed and more. The host was immediate with answering any questions and so helpful with the whole process. We loved the screened porch overlooking the canal. We saw great blue herons, ibis, seagulls and a dolphin! Very relaxing vacation, neighbors are friendly. "
