I was threatened with a cancellation without refund desite the fact they had not given me the opportunity to do what they asked. Having finally been sent a link I verified and arrived to be told this was very common. At the property Fire Doors were constantly janmed open."

"Noise from outside drinking area , maybe put up a sign for people to be quieter after 1100 pm , as some guest have early flights !"

"The property and the room itself were beautiful. We were given an upgrade free of charge which was much appreciated. The location is also very convenient. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The only thing that spoilt the stay was the cooked breakfast. The bacon and mushrooms were like leather and we could not eat it. On the second day we stuck to the continental items to be safe."

"Lovely, large room. Helpful staff. We had breakfast at the hotel each morning, and we had a wide variety of options that were well-made and tasty. 3 block walk from the train station. Convenient to walk most places you might want to visit including museums, St. James Park, the Lit and Phil, and Grainger Market."

"The staff were excellent and very friendly. The rooms etc were very well maintained. The main lift was out of service meaning a long walk to an alternative, but this only mattered when carrying luggage. Breakfast was a standard buffet, little limited with its selection but more than adequate. My only major complaint was the room didn’t have any air conditioning or air circulation. It was incredibly hot and the windows only opened a few inches. They brought us fans but they simply couldn’t cool the room. I asked to be moved to a cooler room but they could only offer it for 2 nights out of our remaining 3. Which wasn’t worth the hassle of packing and unpacking."

"Room small but clean as was the bed linen and towels. You had to wait 10 min for hot water. The restaurant was good with staff that whent the extra mile. As a Diabetic it would be very helpful if the venue also stated the carbohydrates. As we need this to calculate our insulin dosage. I will use this hotel again."

"Excellent stay here - warm welcome at check in ; helpful staff. Rooms clean with ecerything you need - some free items in the mini bar . The breakfast is fantastic - lovely variety with fruits, fresh bread and pastries and cooked food also. This hotel has a cocktail bar and a tv ( but not intrusive ) so we could watch the sport . Ginos restaurant is on site and also provides excellent food. Location fab to explore the quayside and beyond. Thank you yo all."
