「Booked and paid in advance. Staff with initial RB is really nice and gave me parking pass and knew I already paid. However, since I arrived early than 4pm check in time, have to comeback to check in later. Another staff seems did not know I paid. I was charged again at a lower rate (foubd out from credit card statement two fays later) and gave a room already occupied by someone. Then got another room with dirty carpet, light bulb outtage and shower head spred watereverywhere. Called them to...
