“Clean and comfortable”

“This little gem made our overnight stay in Telluride perfect! It’s surprisingly affordable, and the location is unbeatable. Joe was super kind and helpful at check in, and we loved the view from our 3rd floor room. While it’s true that there is no ac, that didn’t bother us at all. There are fans, and Telluride is cool at night. The beds are really comfortable, and the room was sparkling clean. I will say that Telluride is bustling in the morning, so don’t expect to sleep in if you have a street……

“Our stay at Inn at Lost Creek was truly exceptional from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The valet team was incredibly helpful, attentive, and friendly, making the arrival process effortless. “The fire alarm went off three times in the middle of the night, the alarm was faulty. No restaurant, but we paid top prices for sub par food on paper plates 😬. Waterside was out of order. Not a pleasant stay!”

“Summer Visit. Free shuttle to village & gondolas with was great, giving access to the Village area and the town of Telluride, below—drivers friendly. The bed was comfortable & a nice bathroom. What was NOT GREAT was everything else: TINY ROOM—We ordered a room w/king bed, but a bunk-bed was added in the narrow area before the sleeping area. There was nowhere to sit—not even a chair. Crowded to walk by each other. AN (unexpected) EXTRA $30 A NIGHT for (INADEQUATE) PARKING—cars were parked……

“The manager was very helpful at first. Then when we found the toilet in our room running constantly and not able to be flushed, he became almost completely unhelpful. He acknowledged that he knew about the toilet but there was nothing he could do. Finally, when pressed he said there was one other room that he could give us with 2 queen beds. The room was okay but smelled very stale, musty and old. The carpets were nasty. The hot tubs outside were not hot. When we went to check out the……

“staffs here are very friendly. but the road is unpaved.”

“This property's management is obviously more concerned about making a buck that providing any sort of customer service. Due to a wildfire in the area, I called the day of our check-in to request a cancellation or rebook to a different date. The highway leading into Ouray was closed and law enforcement was urging people to stay away. I was told that as I booked through Expedia it was impossible to change the reservation and that they had a clear policy of no refund less than 14 days out. I……

“Such an adorable place to stay. We loved it, no complaints!”

“The St. Elmo is under renovation. We were upgraded to a first floor suite which was nice. However, our stay was not as pleasant as the previous year because there was no breakfast included ... not even coffee in the morning. Last year there was a marvelous breakfast, but because the hotel is under renovation, the dining area was not available. I expect that everything will be outstanding once the renovation is complete.”
