「The motel was clean (rooms and outdoor) and Brian at the reception was kind and helpful. It is also convenietnly located next to a CVS and 2 minutes walk from downtown Great Barrington. The place and the rooms are very basic, which makes me wonder what brings the price we paid to be so high. We have not tried the breakfast.」

「We stayed at this property about 5 years ago and we had a great stay however this time the experience was terrible. The hotel has gone down hill and seemed old, tired and worn. We had to change rooms because it looked as though someone kicked in the bathroom door breaking the door and lock. The next room wasn’t much better. The bathroom faucet was so loose that we dad to hold it down when turning it on. The was a foul odor on the second floor and the carpet in the hallway was worn and...

「Hotel is beautifully decorated, I stayed one night and it was perfect. Dinner was delicious and the tea and cookies outside were wonderful. I saw people enjoying beautiful cocktails too. Overall the room was beautiful and showering with Le Labo products was a great way to end the day!」

「If you like cobweb-covered light fixtures, dirt-encrusted carpet, musty stench and ancient unsleepable beds, then this is the motel for you. We booked in here expecting a basic stay, but this was so much less than that. Thick cobwebs looked like Hollywood 'haunted mansion' prop on bathroom lights. Drawer pulls literally hanging off the bureau drawers, room phone made of cheap plastic like a child's toy that didn't work, stained curtains, peeling wallpaper, all grubby/sticky to the thouch. ...
