Omaroo is a stunning, beautifully appointed home - uniquely laid out so that each of the 3 bedrooms has its own private pavilion and en-suite! This beautiful property is perched high on an escarpment, in a very private and tranquil setting. It is architecturally designed to capture sweeping views of Kangaroo Valley - true to the photos! The 4th pavilion is a spacious, light-filled living, dining and kitchen area, complete with a cozy fireplace and a full-width, sun-drenched deck. Sleeping 6, Omaroo is a perfect, luxurious and very contemporary KV getaway!

Where will I be?

Omaroo is ideally located just a short drive from both Kangaroo Valley and Berry villages where there are boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. The beautiful beaches of the South Coast are also a leisurely drive through pictureseque rainforest-liked tree lined roads.

Omaroo is a modern property with a striking outlook that effortlessly blends contemporary style with country charm. The long verandah is an ideal place to sit and enjoy a slow pace while watching the low clouds lift from the valley to reveal the stunning views! The property has fruit trees which you are welcome to pick from! The open-plan shared space with a smart TV and fireplace is great for enjoying time together, whilst the detached bedrooms provide secluded comfort. Outdoor dining and BBQ provides the opportunity to have alfresco meals with family and friends!

How is the property laid out?

The home consists of four separate pavilions connected by a short path. The main pavilion features floor to ceiling windows capturing a panoramic view of the valley, and has an open plan kitchen, dining, and living area. This pavilion is connected to the master pavilion via a covered walkway and has a bedroom and ensuite. Two additional pavilions feature bedrooms and ensuites. There is a laundry with an additional toilet.

Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV will I have it?

This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property.

Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can 100% guarantee that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If internet access is important to you, please have a backup plan.

There is a smart TV in the main living area.

What about outdoors?

Omaroo has a spacious outdoor patio with outdoor dining table and BBQ and magnificent scenic views. The home is surrounded by well-maintained native gardens and manicured lawns. There is ample land to meander through, as well as fruit trees that guests are welcome to pick from.

Keeping warm or keeping cool?

Omaroo has a wood-fired heater and reverse cycle heating and air conditioning in the main pavilion. There is reverse cycle heating and air conditioning in every bedroom as well as ceiling fans in every bedroom.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Sheets and towels are provided at Omaroo.

Parking for cars, etc?

There is parking available for 4 cars.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Yes, Omaroo is dog friendly. Please note the following:
- Guests must note that the property is not fully fenced
- Only small, house trained dogs are permitted
- Please do not leave your dog unattended at the house or outdoors. The yard is not fenced and this is to protect your dog and native wildlife that are present on the property
- Please bring your own bedding and supplies, clean up appropriately (both indoors and out), and keep all pets off furniture and beds
- If there are any damages or extra cleaning charges from your stay, you will be charged accordingly

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
