“The breakfast was bland but my experience was overall good.”

“Clean, spacious rooms. Great breakfast. My only quibble is that I’ve visited this hotel twice, six years apart, and on each visit they had huge industrial fans set up in the lobby to dry out a flood. The noise made it difficult to carry out a conversation at the reception desk and it did carry through to the breakfast area too.”

“The room and the check in process were everything to be expected; the staff was friendly, answered any questions and the room was clean. My only gripes would be that the breakfast was minimal and for the two mornings I attended breakfast, there wasn't any hot coffee or someone manning the flat top to make meals to order. They did have coffee makers in the room so, it wasn't a total loss, but my family was disappointed by the lack of made to order meals.”

“Our room was spacious and clean. Water pressure was superb. Hot breakfast was very good. Hot coffee, tea, and fresh fruits are plus and were always filled up quickly. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Peacon! He was helping us with great joy and big smiles. Parking was easy and free for us as Hyatt members. We’ll stay here again when we are in Richmond.”

“Hilton was the best hotel with excellent staff always ready to assist you in anyway possible. The driver of the shuttle was the best part to me , very down to earth and lots of fun to talk to and just get to know the area.job well done to all of the staff . 5srars for me . “Good location but mediocre operation. Not a single thing stood out but plenty of unpleasant moments. Check in was unclear and could have been more welcoming. AC unit rattled all night. Stayed for three nights and not once was the room cleaned, sheets cleaned etc. (this was unacceptable for the price we paid), side doors to enter the property were unlocked which was a security hazard, billing was tricky, twice we were given the wrong bill. Not a fan.”

“The room still had someone’s clothes the closet. The room smelled of smoke. A couple of guys followed my wife and little cousin around the building causing them to feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The pool was off colored and all doors were held open by rocks. Went to the store and my kids called crying because a Mexican man walked in our room and he used a key but he was intoxicated and they had to push him out of them room.”
