"· Lodging/Hosto The house is amazing in my opinion. Not without its issues but everyone on the trip was very happy with everything.o As far as rent houses go this one was probably the most well stocked, I have ever been in (cooking utensils, some cooking supplies, cleaning supplies, spacious storage for your goods, drink fridge for space and easy access, etc)o Ray was quick to reply to any questions or concerns we had and quickly got the only thing that broke on our trip fixed.o We had a lot of fun with the poolFishingo We did not have much luck on artificial baits but had good luck with bait fish (perch) and worms.o We caught lots of small mouth, two large mouths, lots of panfish and goggle eyes, one channel cat.o As far as getting bait and tackle, you will want to stop in rogers or Pea Ridge. There is a bait shop I think in Pea Ridge called Hook, Line and Sinker. We did not get a chance to go there but it is supposed to be fully stocked. If you end up needing some worms/tack, I suggest the Shortstop. We went to the marina, but they pretty much just had worms and nothing else. The marina does have some food and ice. The Shortstop has a lot of bait and tackle as well as worms. They also have your general conveniences, a pretty good supply of food making items, and hot food made fresh that’s really good. Across from the short stop there is an ice machine that has the best price on ice.o Make sure you check the slot limits as some of them on the lake are pretty strict."

"Our family of 5 had an amazing stay in this cabin! Very clean cabin with all the amenities we needed for a great, comfortable stay! The kayaks on property were a hit with the kids and my oldest son loved fishing off the dock everyday. The fully stocked kitchen was great for cooking several meals at home. There’s a cute smores bar also that provided a fun night by the camp fire. This cabin is centrally located to many fun activities. We ate at a restaurant in Rogers, swam at dam site road, rented a boat on Beaver lake, floated the King’s River and explored Eureka Springs. Host was very friendly and responsive. 5 star place! "
"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful A-frame cabin overlooking Beaver Lake. The modern furnishings and recent updates created a comfortable, stylish atmosphere that felt both cozy and contemporary. The real showstopper was the incredible lake view from the balcony - we spent hours out there just taking in the scenery.One of the most charming aspects of our stay was the family of deer that seemed to call the area home. It added such a magical touch to the natural setting. Our daughter was absolutely delighted with the loft space, which became her special hideaway throughout our visit.The cabin struck the perfect balance between modern amenities and that rustic lake house charm. We couldn't have asked for a better retreat and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful escape with stunning views."

"The property manager was very communicative prior to the stay and responded quickly when we had a question during our stay. The property is exactly as described and was very clean. Yes, it has a smell as others noted but this was just a camping outdoorsy smell that one can expect when staying in a cabin. I found that once we ran the AC for a bit the smell was gone. Overall would recommend and would stay again! "
"We had such a wonderful stay at this lake house! The property was incredibly spacious, clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pictures truly do not do this place justice. The large windows make you feel as if you're OUTSIDE! We especially loved how PRIVATE and secluded it felt - the quiet surroundings and peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to unwind and disconnect. The view of the lake is absolutely incredible. We never got tired of looking out over the water especially in the morning having coffee. The additional guest house was a huge bonus for our adult children, giving everyone their own space while still enjoying the trip together. The bonfire area with the pavilion and all the grills was a major highlight especially for my husband who loved spending the evenings cooking. The paddle boards were also a major hit! Extra mentions: there's floating within an hour, boat rental within 10 minutes, Beaver Lake is BEAUTIFUL and not crowded at all! We will definitely be renting this place again."
"Had an issue with cabin upon arrival, but host addressed and resolved as quickly as possible. Beautiful view and easy access to lake. Great location in a cove, put SUPs on water from shoreline. Cooked most meals and spent most of our time at the cabin/on the lake. Day trip to Eureka Springs and Little Golden Gate Bridge. We would stay again "
