"The place was very Charming and had a lot of character. Everything was very clean and had all the necessities. The only thing that was a bit of a bummer was the jacuzzi tub was not functional and after walking up and down all of those hills would have felt very nice. The hostess is a very sweet lady. "This is the 3rd time booking with Bill & Jennifer at Beaver Lake. Their properties are spotless and they have all amenities required to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. We especially loved the openness of this lake home with stunning views! We appreciated having the kayaks for early morning peace and beauty on the lake. We highly recommend this property and are grateful to the owners for the extra touches and attention to detail that made our vacation so enjoyable!"
"The service provided was out of this world. Felt more life family helping than staff. The building is definitely starting to show its age and could use a few updates. It is out of the way of anything so I would recommend bringing some microwable food but that means it is perfect for an escape from the hustle of life and a peaceful retreat. I know it's advertised as a wedding and event destination but I do think it should be more of a retreat destination. "

"House is just as described. Communication with owner/property manager was top notch. Issues were resolved quickly. Exterior spaces could use more upkeep. If taking a boat to the lake, do not under any circumstances try and pull a trailer down the driveway. Utilize Lost Bridge Marina to dock your boat and use the overflow area for your trailer. "
"Our family just had the most incredible getaway at a lake house on Beaver Lake, Arkansas — and we’re already dreaming about going back! This trip exceeded all of our expectations in every possible way.The property itself was absolutely perfect. The home was beautifully appointed with thoughtful touches throughout — from cozy furnishings to toys for our 5 year old grandson, it had everything we needed and more. It was spotlessly clean upon arrival, which made settling in feel effortless. You could tell the owners really take pride in creating a welcoming and comfortable space for guests.And Beaver Lake was a true star of the trip. The swimming was outstanding — crystal-clear water, gentle waves, and plenty of spots for floating, kayaking, or just soaking up the sun. Our family spent hours in the water every day, laughing and making memories we’ll never forget.We also loved the remote, peaceful location. The house is tucked away in a quiet cove, surrounded by nature. It felt like we were a world away from the hustle and bustle, and that tranquility was exactly what we needed. "We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful A-frame cabin overlooking Beaver Lake. The modern furnishings and recent updates created a comfortable, stylish atmosphere that felt both cozy and contemporary. The real showstopper was the incredible lake view from the balcony - we spent hours out there just taking in the scenery.One of the most charming aspects of our stay was the family of deer that seemed to call the area home. It added such a magical touch to the natural setting. Our daughter was absolutely delighted with the loft space, which became her special hideaway throughout our visit.The cabin struck the perfect balance between modern amenities and that rustic lake house charm. We couldn't have asked for a better retreat and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful escape with stunning views."

"We have a great time at this house. There is easy access to the lake. We enjoyed the dock and kayaks available for use. The house is spacious and well equiped for a large group. The drive is hard to maneuver with boat trailers unless you are proficient. The porche is wonderfull for meals and just to hung out in the evening. Easy check-in process, everything worked as expected. "

"The property manager was very communicative prior to the stay and responded quickly when we had a question during our stay. The property is exactly as described and was very clean. Yes, it has a smell as others noted but this was just a camping outdoorsy smell that one can expect when staying in a cabin. I found that once we ran the AC for a bit the smell was gone. Overall would recommend and would stay again! "
