“We had to check out of another hotel due to noise issues. Walked into this hotel hoping for a room.Kristy was very friendly and sympathetic. She found us a room and allowed us to check in early to make things easier for us. Our room was clean, and thankfully, quiet. The rest of the staff we interacted with were friendly and breakfast was excellent. Kristy saved our vacation and we are very thankful. We will stay here again.”

“The room and bathroom were very clean and the only slight negative was the fact that the HVAC unit could not be controlled easily by the guest and appeared to eb pre-programmed with no local control at the unit below the window. It was cold during our stay and we could not warm the room up in the slightest. The parking was fine with re-entry possible only at the front entrance which was OK and makes sense for security. Our view was of the adjacent buildings rooftop and not appealing, so if……

“We stayed here for our first time in Asheville and it was great! The room was nice & clean. The bed was amazing along with the sheets/pillows. We had a nice decent view. Overall amazing! We would definitely pick this hotel again! Let me not forget the complimentary shampoo/conditioner and body wash-smelled great. The only thing that’s a bummer is the pay to park. We paid $25 which is not noted when reserving a room. It should be something they mention. Who wants to pay parking when renting a……
