"The house is right on Fairview Lake, and being in the no-wake part of the lake is a huge bonus. The check in process and communication with the owners/managers of the property was great. The house is a little dated but everything is working fine and clearly labeled for your use. The rental comes with sheets and towels so you don't have to pack them. The house comes with lots of things to do- kayaks, rafts, ping pong table, darts, TV with internet log in, grill, fire pit, corn hole. An important point is there is not a lot of room near the lake for kids to play or run around - not a deal breaker at all but good to know. The air conditioning is wall units and not central air so it take a while to cool down the house if nobody was in it for a few days before your arrival. There are pickle ball and tennis courts within walking distance at a park across the road which was fun. Overall, the house is great and I would rent here again."
