This delightful property is located in the North Devon countryside and provides an idyllic country retreat, yet within a short car journey from beautiful beaches of Summerleaze and Widemouth Bay which is renowned for its beautiful golden sandy beaches, facilities and life guards that ensure safe family swimming during the summer months. During your stay, a visit to the picturesque town of Launceston is a must, boasting an array of cafes, shops, restaurants and pubs. Attractions nearby to suit all tastes which include Tamar Otter Park, Launceston Steam Railway, Bude Canal and Splashpool, Roadford Reservoir, The Eden Project and Trethorne Leisure Farm.

On entering this delightful property, to your left you have ample space for coats and shoes. Following on, you enter the beautifully designed open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area boasts spectacular countryside views, a TV and French doors which lead out to the enclosed rear garden. The well-equipped kitchen features an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Eating in is a pleasure, with French doors opening onto the enclosed garden. Leading back down the hallway, you have two beautifully dressed bedrooms, one king and one twin both with built in wardrobes and dressers. You will also find the main bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Venture outside, where you will find a large enclosed rear garden which has spectacular views across the rolling countryside. As well as a charcoal BBQ and garden furniture. Two parking spaces are available outside the front of the property.
