We had a fantastic stay celebrating my husbandâ€™s birthday. Immaculately clean and in a lovely rural area. Melanie (the owner) stopped by to check everything was ok during our stay and couldnâ€™t have been more friendly. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay, Spotless, nice touch with milk,bread and biscuits. Location is fantastic, 3 miles from Southwold beach. Hot tub was excellent and ready for use when we turned up.You can't fail to enjoy your stay here.
