「Very clean facility comfortable room and very helpful staff」

「The staff was courteous always looking to make sure you feel at home. The property is very well maintained. The cozy back patio is cozy and inviting. It has the amenities and luxury on a smaller scale. It was quaint and comfortable.」

「We were in town for a show at Tanglewood in Lenox. Concert had been rescheduled with little notice; so it put us in a tight spot with no time to add time to being in the Berkshires. 「Great room and great bar. It takes time but is worth it」

「We were able to get rental as a last minute deal for a villa here and we're very pleased with the property. The two rooms were very spacious each with its own bathroom, one with jacuuzi. 「Our room was very nice with a comfortable bed, but the door to the room did not fit properly so lots of light came through the edges. Also we could hear the guests above us ( we were on first floor in carriage house) tramping around at 6:00 am. It would help to carpet the floors. The breakfast, which was much hyped, was only okay. The ingredients were nothing special, for example the bread used for toast appeared to be off the grocery store shelf.」

「Clean room, clean in general, especially pool and lobby. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast.」
