“Overall I am very satisfied with OYO. The reception manager is ver nice and helpful and one I must mention is the breakfast. It is very good and delicious and there are a few you can choose so you can try different kind of breakfast if you stay a few days. “From check in through to check out the staff were very good. Breakfast was excellent and our room was comfy, quiet and had all the amenities that you would expect. The hotel was perfect for our stay and provided ample free parking which gave us a good base for our few days in Bath. It is halfway up a hill which was not a problem for us but for others not keen on walking up hill then be prepared to get a taxi or bus back from the town centre. ”

“A super place to stay for our first trip to Bath. Liz was a very welcoming host and very helpful during our stay. Our rooms were comfortable and spotless and had great facilities.
The location was easy to get into the city centre using the local bus service.
We enjoyed the optional breakfast which was very filling and set us up for our day.
A lovely find and recommended 10/10. ”

"Hotel is quite new in comparison with other International brand hotels in that area. Comfortable bed, room nice and clean. Within walking distance to CBD and tourist area.
However, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night around 1:30am and we learned the next day that it’s a fire drill. That’s totally ridiculous to me. I’ve travelled around the world in the past 50 yrs and never came across any hotel like this. The fire alarm woke all hotel guests without prior notice nor explanation on site. Guests including myself needed to run around to check out what’s happening. Hope they never ever do this again. We’re extremely tired after a whole day’s travelling and desperately needed a good night’s sleep.
