“The front desk lady was amazing although found it strange they didn’t need my ID on check-in. The morning we were supposed to check out we went to breakfast decided to bring it back to our room because of a smell in the lobby and our keys didn’t work. It was only 7:30 in the morning. We had to ask for new blankets as one of the beds had stains all over it. In the bathroom, there was hair on the floor and the toilet lid was gross. I had to clean it myself. When going to breakfast the items were……

“Everything was fine, except for the lady who was rude at the breakfast area because she wanted to close it down even though it was still supposed to be open. She really did just about everything possible to run people out of there and hated to be bothered with a question or request for a condiment. There was no meat, but the scrambled eggs were OK. Don’t bother trying to order a dinner to be delivered from the steakhouse right there in the parking lot because after I tried calling three……

“Very outdated. I had a pillow with disgusting yellow stains on it. Someone decided to vacuum at 8:30 pm and whoever was in the room above us had kids that were jumping around all night. The tv was very blurry and lacked picture quality. The tub had a large chip in it. The breakfast was ok but the space was small and crowded. Overall decent stay for the money but it does have much room for improvement.”

“The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The bathroom for us was well above a 10 in rating. There was no water leaking out from the shower at all. The step in shower was a very welcome extra. As a senior stepping over a tub wall to take a shower is a fear. But here at spark it was so easy in and out of the shower. Staff was extra helpful with all our questions and went out of there way to help us! A great pl as ce to stay on a long trip where you need a safe easy access place to……

“Hot water dribbled through spigot, musty/moldy odor downstairs, carpet not vacuumed thoroughly in my room, was not told of WiFi password on my card case, room doors very loud when closing, did not see handicapped spots, breakfast buffet subpar, no fresh fruit I WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!”
