「The room was terrible with a smashed bathroom basin, so I asked for another room.
The 2nd room had a smelly damp, mouldy bathroom.
There were no common areas. The bar/restaurant areas were kept closed/locked.
Reception staff were not at the hotel full time. Only sporadically during the day.」

「Lovely little place to stay in a beautiful village. Cereals and fruit provided for breakfast. Friendly staff when we checked in and out. Only downside the shower need a bit more power! But would stay again if we were ever in the area. Plus stunning view from our room.」

「Great in terms of numbers of rooms and arrangement of beds, great sized kitchen and lounge for a big group, nice outdoor space.
Pet friendly and back garden could be secured which was perfect for our dog. Really enjoyed family card games at the giant kitchen table.
Perfect location for lots of snowden paths, copper mines, nice little village for amazing ice cream and a decent pizza nearby.
Parking on the drive a little steep so anticipate a scrape to front bumpers reversing in. Parking in...

「Wonderful stay! Accommodation was very clean, well equipped and lovely and warm after a day walking in the rain! Food was great and staff very attentive. Wonderful views, very peaceful and the cabana was a bit different which the kids loved especially going up the ladder to bed.」
