"Canvas is a fabulous place to stay in Dallas. It is located in the center of all attractions. I had no problem with finding places to go, and things to do. Very friendly staff as well. The only issue was the drinks cost at the pool. VERY overpriced! Not to mention the 20% auto gratuity for one person. Insane!!! I will definitely return for a stay, but I’ll make sure I’m well on drinks before visiting the pool. Thanks for a lovely stay. "

"Room was extremely spacious and many accomodations included. Grounds were well kept and lovely. The pool and hot tub were good sized and clean. Safe atmosphere for families. Only negatives were the $100 hold on card and $7 parking which neither was stated prior to room purchase. Other than that, highly recommend. "

"There less than 24 hours but close to passport office which is what we were Dallas for. Hotel is older but clean. Staff was super attentive and friendly. Rooms were nice and cool. Bed very comfortable. Nice and spacious rooms. Only issue, couldn’t figure out the hot water in the shower in the morning. No time to worry about it. Overall, nice stay. Most affordable option in town for the night so felt it was worth it. "

"We had a blast in the pool. The house was exactly what we needed. We had a glitch with the coffee pot and the owners brought us a new one so fast you can’t call it an inconvenience. This is exactly what our three generation family needed. Thank you."

"My friends and I came for the 2024 eclipse. The property was great for us. It was clean, with a large backyard and close to Dallas and Fort Worth. There is a grocery across the street and it is also in walking distance of a restaurant and cafe. The host was quick to respond to my questions. We had a good time and the backyard was perfect for hanging out after a day of events."
