"We had a wonderful stay! The setting of the property, amongst those green Basque Country hills, is gorgeous and the building itself has an air of old world charm. The owner and his son were very welcoming and accommodating, we loved interacting with them. We stayed in one of the studios on the second floor, breakfast on the balcony was perfect. "This was a great place to stay for our first visit to Bilbao. The room was excellent and the staff were really helpful throughout. Yes, it is a short walk down to the old town but taxis are cheap and there is a metro nearby. Didn't use the pool as we were too busy in Bilbao but it was nice and lots of people in it. Would definitely come back."
