We come to Newport often and this was the best stay we’d had yet (and I’ve been in a dozen hotels). Beautifully decorated down to real flowers. We stayed in a suite and the pull out bed was so comfy. 「The property consists of two rental units but this fact is not obvious from the pictures on the website. We did not get the rooftop deck with a view of the harbor. That belongs to the other unit. The sewer pipes are enclosed in the paper-thin walls of the first floor bedroom of our unit so every time someone flushes the toilet, uses the sink, takes a shower, you can hear water flowing through the pipes followed by loud clanging sound. Along with the loud music, people talking, chairs scraping...
