「I stayed here to take part in the newport marathon, and the staff was so welcoming. They put together overnight oats and left running fuel so we had breakfast before the race (before breakfast hours) such a nice touch. Rooms were clean and parking was easy 10/10 experience 」

The room was fresh, clean and relaxing. We loved the option to ride the bikes around town; that is an amazing perk. Even walking, all of the major activities and attractions are close. We have added this to our list as our #1 option to stay next time we visit Newport.」

The bathroom was small, but that's what one should expect from a classic old building. The fact that they maintain it so well is amazing, and a real credit to the innkeeper(s).」

「Breakfast was good and fresh each morning. Nice touch for sure. Area is extremely walkable with restaurants nearby. The bed was really comfortable. Shower in the Lark Suite is tricky to figure out but a lot of water pressure. While we were there the hot water in the shower did not work very well. We let them know and hopefully it is fixed by now.」

「The property was quaint, had history and was well located to town. Parking was free and convenient. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean. Breakfast was diverse and of quality. What I didn't like was the obvious wear. Walls had dings. Wallpaper was torn. Furniture was old and interesting but faded and tired. We still enjoyed our stay and we would stay again.」

「Parking was right beside the hotel. Hard to get a spot on a busy weekend though. Get the parking app and it is only $20 per day. Hotel location is right in the hub and everything is walkable. 」
