“We had a fantastic stay at Arcotel AQ. The room was large and comfortable, perfectly clean. The gym contains all the equipment you need for a good workout. The breakfast was great quality with a wide range of hot and cold food and drink. It is situated near a metro station and a tram station with easy access to the centre. I would definitely stay here again.”

“the original check in time of the hotel should be two oclock but since we arrived the city quite early, the host still gave us the key of our room for later moving in and when we were back to the hotel at night our luggage and belongings were already transferred up to our room and this was great. the hotel room was much bigger than what we expected and is like an apartment for daily living intead of normal hotel room although water kettle was not provided. you will need to walk for about an……

“聯絡了3:00 check-in，於4:45到場，按指示在鎖匙箱內找不到鎖匙！另外有兩批人有鎖匙但開不到門進去在門口。搞了很久後來終於開到了、進去以後裏面完全沒有清理，是共用的浴室廚房，但房間等全部沒有整理！煮食爐頭還是開着了，但沒有人。非常恐怖、亦擔心安全、所以並沒有入住！臨時找了別的酒店。”

“When I arrived, the room had trash on the floor and under the bed. There was also a hole in the back of the door, like someone punched it. The kitchen was dirty and the fridge had moldy food in it - the moldy food was still in the fridge when I checked out! For a one week stay, I was given only one bath towel. No hand towel or washcloth. There was no mat for the showers and nowhere to place your clothes while you showered, except for the dirty floor. On the second day, I requested help from……

“Leider versprechen die Bilder mehr …selbst für den schmalen Geldbeutel ist’s ärgerlich . Immerhin -das Bett war bequem , die Bettwäsche frisch ! Achtung -Handtücher müssen dazu gebucht werden . Leider gabs ,obwohl angeschrieben, kein WiFi. Lage der Unterkunft war für Ausflüge gut . ”

“Even though the room was clean, there were people smoking outside the property and the smell penetrated the room big time. Other guests were very noisy (talking loudly until 5 am or so). It appeared that the TV had been broken for a long time. No internet. Yes, there’s free parking on the street but only between 10 pm and 9 am. The price was good, and the place served the purpose. Not sure if I would stay there again though. ”
