the unit feels new and cozy, well equipped with quality extras. Toiletries, drinks, condiments, variety of coffee and tea. My only complaint would be that the water temperature for the shower wasn't really hot.. it was reasonably warm. I personally need a HOT shower in cold winter days. Owners were understanding and kind with accidental damage we caused and the communication was smooth.

Lovely and quiet getaway in Belchertown!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Lucienne’s property for our one-night getaway for a local event at UMass. The space was connected (with a separate entrance) to the main home but felt secluded enough to be comfortable. Everything was up to date and the space had all the amenities you could ever want or need (including a washer/dryer!). The only thing that we struggled with was the shower/sink water — there seemed like there wasn’t any hot water so we had to take a cold shower or two. Not a big deal but could be for others.This space met all of our needs and felt like a home away from home!

Quiet getaway, we really enjoyed staying on this property. Area is beautiful western Massachusetts is really majestic, and scenic. It was literally a two min walk to a great restaurant. Lucienne was a lovely host and very accommodating . Her rental was clean and comforting . We had a little patio out back too . If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, i recommend Lucienne's place

Very comfortable and beautiful

Lucienne’s place is beautiful and she is very thoughtful about having cords for charging devices, as well as some thoughtful extras. I really enjoyed staying here and Lucienne was communicative. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. The recliner is a dream!

The bed is pretty small, best for people 5 1/2ft or less. and the detergent they use is not allergen free. Please switch to a free & clear option... It was difficult to sleep as someone sensitive to strong artificial scents. Otherwise a great property.
