「Tranquilidad, servicio excelente cerca al Mall Los Molinos, Restaurantes y Comidas se puede caminar los al rededores con tranquilidad cuartos amplios y cómodos lo único que tienen que cambiar son los A/C que están en el cabezal de la cama y el aire te da en los pies. Todo lo otro excelente lo recomiendo 100%」

「La atención del personal, recepción, limpieza es muy buena, cálida y humana. Todo está muy limpio, se ve pulcro y huele muy bien. Me encantó nuestra estadía. Está muy bien ubicado en un área segura y queda muy cerca del parque Belén.」

「Cuando llegó mi madre, no encontraban la reserva y ni sabían que estaba pago, las almohadas eran con un plástico y nisiquiera pudo dormir por el ruido y un señor (que seguro estaba muy enfermo), y tosió toda la noche, eran las 3:30 am y mi madre en línea sin dormir. 」

「El staff se portó excelente en todo momento pero nos acomodaron en una habitación que no es nada parecida a lo que ofrecen en las fotos, sin aire acondicionado y tenia un olor fuerte a viejo.」

「Lovely hotel with lovely staff. I enjoyed my stay in Medellin. They had daily housekeeping which I really appreciated. The WiFi is really good and the hot tub was the cherry on top. It was also in an extremely walkable area with restaurants within a 1-15 min walk depending on where you wanted to go. I would definitely stay here again when I next visit Medellín. The only thing I would recommend that would make it even better is that they include a clothes iron and hair dryer in the rooms.」

「Where do I start…if you want to stay at a beautiful place with scenic views where the staff tries to robe you at every turn, then this is the place for you. When we first checked in, the front desk called us from a private number insisting that we pay additional money in cash because we weren’t charged the right amount. After we insisted to talk with the owner they said it was okay and we won’t get overcharged. After we finally were able to accommodate, we tried to look for an uber to get to...

「Great hotel. Rooms can use a little maintenance. Had a few power outlets that were hanging out of sockets.」

「Breakfast could be changed up a little. Maybe add waffles and pancakes.」

「Beautiful hotel, with elegant interior design. The staff was very courteous and helpful. It’s located near public transportation, nightlife and restaurants. The only thing I’d like to highlight is because it’s near all the clubs it gets very loud late at night and the windows are not sound proofed. If you’re a light sleeper this may not be the best place to stay. But overall great experience.」
