"The room was clean enough but the property did not appear as in pictures. Furniture was worn out, pool area had the basics but just looked old. "

"only one elevator was working. Wheel chair access was located on 2nd floor which is a hazard if we are not using elevators in the event of a fire. Other than that staff were extremely customer service oriented."

"Most of the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately that is where the positives end. Our room had not ac was extremely hot. Staff did give us a fan to help with the heat which did help and was appreciated. A family was also staying at the hotel at the same time was told there reservations were not on record and they did not have a room for them. They did have proof of reservation and payment which did not help. "
