“Me gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel y su edificación, pero lo que definitivamente tienen que mejorar, son las opciones del desayuno, y las instalaciones del área del mismo, les falta mucho mas espacios, pues al momento en llega un buen número de huéspedes, los espacios quedan limitados, y a eso hay que sumarle el hecho de que los huéspedes tengan que estar limitados literalmente a las dos únicas opciones impuestas por el hotel, sin que puedan tener ninguna la posibilidad de elegir nada……

“The property is in front a avenue the noise is light but on weekend there is open LP music bar from the 60 and 70 spanish music that the people inside singing louder. They finish at 2am to 4.”

“Firstly, the hotel is located in a good location however, it is directly on a main road so if you are a light sleeper, you won’t get much rest. Secondly the room was clean and modern. That’s as good as it gets. Laundry and Gym area where only available from 9am to 9pm and you had to ask security for a key. No iron or ironing board was in room, nor did they think to have some that can be borrowed. You put jacuzzis on the roof but couldn’t buy irons so person could press their clothing?……

“This hotel is perfectly located in Laureles, with restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops, bakeries, and bars all within walking distance. The neighborhood felt very safe, making it easy and enjoyable to explore the area on foot. The terrace offers beautiful views and is a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, this place was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. My only complaint was the bed. It was extremely firm and unfortunately made it difficult for us to get a……

“Todo muy bonito. El desayuno muy rico. Excepto el último día de nuestra estadía, ya q no estuvo el mismo joven Sebastian q nos atendió días anteriores. Esta última vez estuvo un joven nuevo, muy amable. Pero estaba su jefe (un señor grande, blanco, cabello rubio) al q le preguntaba y él le daba indicaciones de su atención. Se sintió la actitud déspota de este jefe. Incluso la fruta nos la trajeron trozada con las manos, el plátano tenía restos de l a cáscara y lo mismo con la mandarina. Obvio no……

“Great Location, walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacy's, ATMs, and restaurants. Nice to have gas stove and refrigerator in the unit for our 3 week stay. Staff friendly and courteous. Pay Laundry facility is clean with front loading washer and dryers nice when there for extended stay.”
