The hotel was located perfectly for seeing the city. There were lots of restaurants Every employee at the hotel that we spoke with was pleasant and helpful

Excellent location as it's central to most things. Unfortunately the area outside was a tad shabby, homeless shelter right next door and could become noisy. Could have a lot of potential if utilised properly.

The beds were very uncomfortable,we stayed in a twin room and one of the beds went down in the middle and up at the end.The breakfast was second to none though.We checked in online and out so didnt have much dealing with staff.Hotel was clean but the area wasnt the best.

Great location. Good breakfast offering. Dinner and bar areas are nice but very noisy. I feel that the rooms could be better equipped. Lighting is poor in bathroom, a magnifying mirror would be good Towels are really small. Inadequate space for unpacking your clothes.

The room was clean, the hotel was in a central location (although you need to do a fair bit of walking to see things) and it was soundproofed so no noise from the street whatsoever
