The place was spotless. Staff were some of the best I’ve met anywhere in the world. Well done and thank you for a great stay. Breakfast was delicious as well.

The beds were way too soft. I sank into the bed and the overnight manager could not locate a camp bed for me to use. Have me 4 pillows which I placed on top of mattress to have better sleep. The breakfast was good. And spacious rooms.

This place is great ! It’s near everything and the staff is lovely. One thing though is that on weekends it gets very loud . I don’t think a quiet room will solve that problem as it’s club thumping bass until 1am.

I had the most wonderful stay. The location is absolutely perfectly centrally located but still feels quiet. The staff were so kind and helpful. My one and only complaint is that the mattress and pillows weren’t the most comfortable, definitely overly firm which isn’t my favorite. Everything else was just wonderful and I would absolutely recommend and stay again if I have the opportunity to visit again!

The hotel was in a perfect location with easy access to the highway and parking garages. The rooms were spacious and offered a great view of city hall.

We had a fantastic 4 night stay. Great hotel and the staff were incredibly helpful. Our room was lovely, clean and quiet and other areas of the hotel were clean and well looked after. We didn’t eat in the restaurants due to other plans but the breakfast was lovely.

Had a wonderful time at this hotel its an excellent location, but has a few down side, like, no set down parking outside hotel so you have to dodge parking attendants while unloading bags at the hotel, and the parking offering for the hotel was at the Value Carpark which was too far away and very expensive

The staff at Ten Square were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Room was ready early; they took my bags in so I could rush off; allowed me to check out late and kept my bags safe after check out too, allowing me to explore Belfast bag-free until my departure. Would definitely stay again, thank you to everyone there.

Location was fab. All staff were super friendly, hotel was very busy and had Christmas parties ongoing - no problem with noise. Beds super comfortable Perfect for a short break.

Room was nice and large, v comfy bed, quiet at night and very good location. No view at all which was a shame and the bathroom was under-heated (just a heated towel rail for quite a large bathroom) so was a bit uncomfortable. Apart from that a very pleasant stay.

Fabulous location, central but fairly quiet, just behind the City Hall. Staff could not be more friendly and efficient. Lovely big bedroom, with huge bed, bathroom with roll top bathtub, separate shower and two washbasins. Great WI-FI. Lightning could be better; I like a light to read/ work by. Will return whenever I’m in Belfast.
