“This is my third time staying at the Cozy Cabin. I really appreciate that the hosts are on the property, it makes me feel safe and I know if anything goes wrong I can call or text. The cabin was clean, tidy, and well kept—per usual. I really like the lock on the cabin and the blinds for privacy. I like spending quiet time away from home so no TV is a plus. The hosts are friendly and helpful but they keep to themselves unless I had inquiries. The cabin is only 10 minutes from the nearest grocery……

“Great property. Kitchen was well equipped and appliances were all in great shape. Loved the Maine cabin feeling. The whole property was very welcoming and comfortable. Water view wasn’t as good as pictured, but owner said the trees had grown up over the past year, and due to restrictions on wetlands, could not be removed until permitting was approved. “We stayed for 7 days October 18-25-2025 and we absolutely loved this cottage! The fall foliage was spectacular!! We canoed out to the two islands and it was so fun. We walked the neighborhood, sat on the deck every morning with our coffee watching the sunrise which was epic! “Rowena and Rusty are lovely hosts with a wonderful little private apartment on the bottom floor of their home. They are present in their main living quarters up a flight of stairs from the living room, but the unit is very private w no crossover.
