Hjelpsomt og hyggelig personale

Det viste seg at vi ikke kunne bo på hotellet og ble derfor vist til et annet hotell i sentrum i samme kjede. Det var helt ok, men rotete at vi ikke kunne få vite det på forhånd. Det hadde de god tid til. Det alternative hotellet var helt i helt ok. Vurderingen gjelder det hotellet

Был обещан wifi - он не работал; оплатили трехместный номер - поселили в двухместный; вечером на 3 часа пропало электричество . В номере было очень холодно

駅から歩く場合は坂道を上る必要があるが時間はそれほどかからない。レセプションも感じが良く、部屋は清潔。レストランは豪華。不満な点は無い。

Nice hotel, but small rooms

Location is perfect, you cannot be more central than that. Staff is great - very helpful and polite. This hotel has free parking places, which was very important for us. Tip: write to them in advance and ask them to reserve one for you. The room we had was rather small for us and our three suitcases. If you have the opportunity, ask them for a bigger room. Overall we had a nice experience, mainly because of the staff's attitude. Once again - they were great.

Perfect for my needs - great location

Unfortunately I arrived late and left early because the city centre location made a it a wonderful place from which to explore the city - I'll have to come back. The only negative point I can make is that the fridge/minibar in my room was too noisey but I unplugged it for a great night's sleep. The bedroom furnishings were quite basic but a white toweliing dressing gown more than made up for it!

Vi hadde et hyggelig opphold på Hotel Balkan. Beliggenheten er super, personalet var vennlige og hjelpsomme. Helt ok frokostbuffet. Rommet var stort og trivelig, badet litt slitt men helt ok. Godt renhold. Anbefales.

Ett bra hotell med kanon läge

Har bott på hotell Balkan ca 4-5 ggr per år senaste åren och tycker att allt är bra förutom FRUKOSTEN som i princip bara består av socker i alla möjliga former, det är synd på ett så bra hotell i övrigt.

amazing location

This little gem of a hotel is located in the middle of old city.You can walk to every major destination on foot. Friendly staff, bilingual, refurbished rooms and great breakfast selection, mixed with traditional western and local cuisine. Very tasty. Will be back again.

Hotêl situé en plein centre ville

Hotêl situé à 200 mètres du centre, on ne peut mieux faire. Le personnel est aux petits soins, très agréable et acceuillant. Les chambres sont confortables, le restaurant de l'hotêl est bon marché et propose une cuisine traditionnelle.

L'hotel est très bien situé à quelques minutes à pieds des principaux monuments de Belgrade. Le personnel est très accueillant et parle très bien Anglais. Bref, à recommander!!

Hotel is in a great location. Rooms small but functional. Main gripe was the noise in the function room which went on till 3 am fri, sat and sun night, and i was on the fourth floor. Hotel wasnt bothered at all. Boom boom all night... Not nice

Great hotel in the center of Belgrade

This is a great place to stay if you want to be in the center of Belgrade. The rooms have been renovated recently and the staff is very helpful and friendly. They spoke excellent English. There is a shuttle service to the airport that can be ordered and paid at the desk.

Sentralt - men litt slitent

Hotellet ligger så sentralt det går an i Beograd. Rommene holder ikke 4-stjerners standard, men er helt OK om man ikke har tenkt å tilbringe mye tid der. Frokosten var meget bra. Betjeningen var hyggelig, men kanskje noe avmålt/reserverte.

Minus Very unstable internet connnection Not professional employees, why the management is leaving some poor trainees lost at night at the reception desk? 30 mn for a check-in with no other customers before me is too long….Come on, trained employees doesn’t cost that much.. Rooms are clean but small and poorly furnished and noisy if you are on the street side even at the highests floors. Cigarette smell was continously coming to my non-smoking room from other rooms I don’t know how they get a four star rating, they don’t deserve it…. It is an average 2 stars hotel not more However Plus for this hotel are: central and not too expensive but for the same price you can have a definitively better place in Belgrade

Fine quiet hotel (unless you open your windows)

Fine hotel, centrally situated with service-minded staff. Good food, single and double rooms have a decent size, smoking is allowed in the restaurant. Its central location is perfect but also the reason why there might be a lot of noise from the street if the windows are open. Shower was fine but it took good 5 minutes before the water was luke enough to shower in it.
