Not good hotel

Booked this hotel with the information on the webpage that it would be a few minutes walk to restaurants, bars and stores. We asked the receptionist for directions and she told us there was only one restaurant and no bars, stores anywhere close. Also the pictures of the room and the pool looks very appealing and nice, it’s not the reality! Dirty, ugly and small. It was supposed to be close to the city, it was not walking distance, with taxi 15 minutes. We were supposed to stay here one week, we didn’t even stay one night. The only good thing was that it was easy to have communication with the hotel before the arrival.

We booked a suit with two king beds, but it appeared no suit was available and they put us in a different rooms in the basement with mold smelling! I asked for other rooms, according our reservation, but nothing happened. The breakfast was poor and very moderate in a very tiny and not comfortable place called a 'restaurant'. Everything in the hotel is exhausted, the carpets are terrible and smelling, the bathrooms awful. We had a really bad experience.

Falsches Zimmer erhalten, kein Upgrade bekommen!

Ich habe nicht das Zimmer erhalten, welches ich gebucht hatte. Eine Reklamation am Empfang war ohne Erfolg! Ich empfehle das Hotel niemandem, der ein 2-King Bed Zimmer buch, weil solch ein Zimmer nicht existiert. Das Hotel rechtfertigt sich, indem Sie ein King Bed 1m breit defieren -> FAIL!

Nice hotel in Belgrade

The hotel was very clean and in a very safe neighborhood. There are only 13 rooms. Breakfast was wonderful. Nice staff. The only things I would improve upon would be the lighting in the bathroom.
