“Cost is low but the overall standing score of the unit was “Good” so we thought it would be simple and decent. Can’t help the woodsy area from bringing in spiders but it caused some unease. WiFi worked sometimes. A dehumidifier didn’t work. The shower curtain was moldy at the bottom. Paneling was warping and coming off the wall. The inside of the door was delaminating. The King bed had nice clean bedding but you sink to the middle. The creamer curdled in the coffee. It was clean when we arrived.……

“Very unique property! Loved the decor, lake views and the opportunity to create art! I have stayed in many rentals but this one is one of my favorites. Would definitely stay here again. Enjoyed taking an evening boat ride with the hosts. Michelle and Damon are very personable. Michelle goes above and beyond to make sure you have an excellent experience! She is very quick to respond should you need to reach out to her during your stay. If you have mobility issues then this may not be the place……

“We were coming to town for a concert at the Momentary and the one bedroom apartment was perfect for my husband and I. It's the perfect walk to the Momentary, so we didn't need pay for parking. The aesthetic of the decor was beautiful, and felt like a home away from home. I also enjoyed that our unit had a dedicated parking spot, making it easy to find parking and get our car unloaded. Anything that peeks our interest for the Momentary, this will now be our go to place.”
