You will love your stay at Tunnel Vision Bungalow. Backyard access to the Little Sugar Trail System, 7 minutes from BV Country Club, Lake Windsor Boat Ramp, and Mildred B. Cooper Chapel and 1/2 mile to Kingsdale Pool & Tennis Courts. This is the perfect home to stage your NWA experience!

If your pet/service animal excessively sheds use the vacuum that is provided .

*Agree and acknowledge that as the booking guest you are 100% responsible for any damage, replacement or extra cleaning of all furnishings within the home caused by pets/service animals or other guests.

We stayed here while in town for a wedding in Bentonville, and it was the perfect base for exploring this beautiful area. The hosts helped us obtain guest passes to the communal pool, which was great fun for the kids. The house is very clean and well-stocked with blankets, towels and kitchen supplies. We highly recommend this relaxing home, and helpful hosts!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood, nice yard, close to trails, in the evening we were visited by a family of deer.

Great location for jumping on Back40 trail and others, our dogs were very welcomed- beautiful set up to stay with your pets and garage set up to work on your bikes. Overall great experience- would love to stay again.

Great place to stay for mountain biking. Bella Vista trails start from backyard. Garage was set up to store bikes. We had an awesome time.

We enjoyed are stay in Bella Vista and the trails were great! Our Host(s) we’re very responsive and a pleasure. One note is if you are traveling in a Sprinter Van, the driveway is steeper than it appears in the pics and because of the hieght, ther is no access to a level parking space.
