Nice place in a great location.

Great place right next to some cool MTB trails and less than a mile hike to Tanyard waterfall, which is beautiful. Also a great location to drive into Bentonville for those awesome amenities. Great deck and a wonderful hot tub plus some amazing swing chairs with a great view. We loved it.
