“Property won me over on the simplicity in booking and checking in. The room looked brand new in terms of hygiene which made it very comfortable. The pool was also very clean and kept well. Overall, excellent stay with the kids. Cant fault anything at all. ”

“We booked this beautiful house for our wedding weekend, for the bride and some friends/family to stay at. The house was perfect and our wedding photos getting ready on the day are stunning with this house as the backdrop! It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to host our friends/family for a few nights away. The host Tim was also excellent.”

“Due to full occupancy in Torquay, we finally reserved 2 rooms at 13th Beach Golf Lodge for 1 night. All facilities in the lodge were new & the environment provided us a leisure moment. Breakfast with tea or black coffee was included but simple. It would be much better if Latte or Flat White could be included as they are not costy items. Food quality was fluctuated. My toast was over-baked. Restaurant staff was limited indeed so patient was required. ”

“The house was amazing. My sister & I took our 90-year-old mother away for 4 nights. She uses a walking frame & the house was very spacious so she was able to use it in all rooms. Beautifully appointed and with everything you could need. We had a wonderful stay.”

“The house was lovely and resembled the photos in every way. Two families stayed on the property and the layout ensured that each family had privacy and their own space, bedrooms and bathroom. The house was very well equipped with crockery, serving platters and cutlery. When the family arrived the lights and heating were on and gentle music was playing which was a nice touch and a warm welcome. The only issue I have is that I could not control the weather as the pool was cold for the children.……

“Nice little get away property with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Internet not working as being investigated but owners let us know in advance. Place was clean on arrival and new shower curtain in bathroom. Beautiful and quiet location and not far from town and beach. Take your own sheets/ towels and doonas are supplied. Loved this place and will definitely be back in the future. Had a great weekend away. Lawns were clean and cut and place was neat.”
