“We had a family holiday with our pet Cavoodle. Accommodation was clean and tidy, in a good location. Easy 10 minute walk to shops or beach.”

“Due to full occupancy in Torquay, we finally reserved 2 rooms at 13th Beach Golf Lodge for 1 night. All facilities in the lodge were new & the environment provided us a leisure moment. Breakfast with tea or black coffee was included but simple. It would be much better if Latte or Flat White could be included as they are not costy items. Food quality was fluctuated. My toast was over-baked. Restaurant staff was limited indeed so patient was required. ”

“Clean and tidy 3BR home, conveniently located in the outskirts of Geelong. We booked at short notice, and had a bit of trouble getting in (supplied door code didn't work), but the property manager sorted this out quickly. Inside was fine - good amenities and furnishing - although the beds were extremely soft (uncomfortably so, at least for me), and the dinner plates were too big for the dishwasher. Happy with the experience and can recommend.”

“This property needs a good airing and clean, it is run down and in need of repair. There were no utensils in the kitchen, hard to prepare food without these. It;s location is quiet, no issue there but the property needs some tlc.”
