"Staff was amazing "

"This hotel has a fabulous location regarding Lake Winnipesaukee. I stayed there in March of 2025 and 2026 and both times paid a "resort fee" which consisted of nothing. The hotel staff were very nice. My room was clean, but run down. The furniture was scratched, gauged, and set up on blocks of wood. I will say the linens were clean, the amenities were so-so. This hotel is taking advantage of its central location. In March, location doesn't matter. No one is going to enjoy the lake, the beach, the boating, everything New Hampshire has to offer in summer months during the month of March. "

"No housekeeping or housekeeper. Several disturbing visits unannounced by the live-in housekeeper asking personal questions and looking to gossip n challenge this customer's rights to privacy and refund. Fraudulently identification given for the purposes of money refunds n private information. Never asked if anything was needed on the room."

"Staff were friendly and helpful Breakfast was very good, breakfast area was vey clean and the staff were very attentive."

"While the staff were nice, the room has mold on the curtains but they claimed it was from water from the AC. There were no night stands to put belongings and the hot water did not work in the shower. "

"Wow, I loved the place; it was very clean and organized. It's a great place to relax and get away from it all for a while. I had an unforgettable night. I plan to return again to find that peace and tranquility I felt while I stayed there. Thank You So Much."
