「Property owners were great, very kind and even took my granddaughters out to the farm to meet the chickens and the cows. Overall experience was very very good. And an excellent price for sure! We visited all of the springs in every direction and the location was perfect. Indiana brought new towels 2 minutes after I messaged her. There's a few minor reasons I didn't give it a totally perfect score. I know this is Florida and it's hot, the room stayed moderately cool, but the unit worked hard the...

「First off, there was hair in my sink that wasn't mine.
The furniture was never moved to vacuum underneath.
I rubbed my finger across the stove and it got black.
The shampoo was out.
The grills looked like they hadn't been cleaned for months, with caked-up debris. I spent at least 2 hours of my own time cleaning them as best I could. It took 3 times of me telling the front desk before someone finally took action.
Shoutout to Sam. She was out there helping clean the grill and mop the...

「The property description was completely misrepresented. We pulled in to the property and there were homeless people on the property with their belongings. The only people staying there seemed to be long term stays with junk everywhere. Much of the furniture had been pulled outside of the rooms and many people sitting outside were very unsavory. We immediately left and booked a hotel down the street. It was awful and we did not feel safe even driving through the parking lot.」

「First was noted in Ad that there was no front desk and I would get check in instructions 2-3 days in advance. Unable to reach the host via phone, email or chat for check in instructions. Fortunately there was someone at front desk. Staff was friendly. Room old but clean. TV did not work, light over tub inoperable, no smoke detector. Many loud residents outside at night. Felt like we were bad section of town. Low class facility. I will not be returning.」
