“Employee named Kendall was extremely rude and not at all helpful. A c did not work. Phones did not work. Rooms are only serviced every other day. So if you are only staying two nights it never happens. Would never stay here again.”

“The staff are very personable and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We love how the room Is organized. There is a sitting area, a desk with a chair on wheels, a big TV, black out curtains, lamps and tables on BOTH sides of the beds. The coffee pot and mini frig are located in a cabinet with doors that close. There is place to lay the suitcase for convenient access. There is a thermostat on the wall to control the temperature. We consider the bathroom layout the best. A nice big……

“Didn’t clean the room when you left for the day and when you asked for towels, they didn’t want to give you clean towels n wash clothes (but did). So I noticed everyone leaving their towels outside of rooms so we did. Then when I asked for towels again they wanted me to bring the dirty towels to the front desk. Then they left a note from Management by my door the next day saying don’t leave the towels outside in the hall n there will be a 25.00 charge for trash being left outside of the room I……

“An absolutely charming property with an artsy vibe, steps away from the Denver Art Museum complex and across the street from a converted school featuring a cafe, beer garden and small shops. The room was comfy, clean and fun. The absolute abundance of dishes for such a small space was comical, but the microwave/fridge set up was nice to have. Pretty good pod coffee too. Don't miss out on the bottom floor with an atmospheric small table area great for eating take out, and a large conference room……

“We needed a handicap room in which I requested when I booked the hotel. We were assigned a non-handicap room. I asked staff if they can switch us because for one the tub/shower had no handrails. They advised me that being that we booked through a 3rd party we are not guaranteed the type of room I requested. We were stuck in this room for a couple of days with no effort to accommodate us. This is one of the worst experiences we have had with Homewood Suites. I was disappointed. Overall the hotel……
