「We had a very nice stay. It's a cozy place with a great patio with lovely landscaping. We spent a lot of time out there. It feels very private. The photos of the property are accurate except for a few minor changes (different chair, lamp etc.) The property is close to downtown Half Moon, easy to get to and in a quiet neighborhood. Thank you to our hosts.We would defintely stay again! 」

「We were in town to be with my daughter who was having surgery at Stanford. This place was a perfect location close to both the hospital and her home in Half Moon Bay. Also close to everything you need...restaurants, shopping, the beach, etc. An absolutely adorable little cottage! Very clean and well appointed, we would definitely stay there again! 」

「This is a great place for a couple to stay in Alameda. The cottage is beautifully appointed, quiet, and within easy walking distance of the Park Street shops. Safeway and Trader Joes are a five minute drive away. The adjoining gardens, which guests are free to use, are lovely. The cottage comes supplied with all the basics. We stayed there for 10 days and would definitely come again. John and Arthur were gracious hosts.」

「It was smaller than we are used to but a good distance out of San Francisco to get out of the big city. We wished it had a living room but it was not advertised to have one. Loved the kitchen space! Easy to find.」

「I had a wonderful stay here. Comfortable studio in a gorgeous neighborhood! Will be back!」

「I am not sure if it's the property manager, who did call and apologize the next day, or VRBO processes and management. We were not able to access the property at midnight, having just arrived in Oakland. After repeated attempts to contact the property manager all day for a door code, I finally called VRBO. The property had been rented, possibly under a different company. I am not sure. We were left to find accomodations at 1 AM. The property was right by the family's house we were visiting so...

「The Cottage was perfect! Clean, so comfortable and the design and care put into it makes the small footprint live large. Very comfortable for three adults in our family. The kitchen has everything - even an InstantPot. Super close to town. We walked everywhere and hardly used our rental car. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Clean, comfortable, quiet & private.My dog and I were very comfortable during our week stay. Appliances including washer and dryer are good quality.Hosts were super responsive to messages.Thank you. 」

「Place was perfect for party of 3, very comfy king bed and above average sleeper sofa. Nice sheets too. Bathroom is on the small side but very clean/nice (water pressure was phenomenal). Air conditioners/heaters worked well, nice sized tv with typical streaming options. Bikes came in handy (cool beach cruisers). Was able to do late check-out, which we greatly appreciated. Good communication from owner before and during stay. Will book again next year.」
