O quarto estava em boas condições, lençóis de cama trocados, banheiro limpo, toalhas bem cheirosas, produtos de higiene de qualidade… é um hotel que retornaria com certeza! Mas somente no inverno. Infelizmente o quarto que eu estava o ar-condicionado não deixou o ambiente fresquinho, pois ele não refrigerava bem nem no 18ºC e também porque o ar está em uma posição de frente para a sala e quarto.

Estive com minha filha hospedada por 7 dias no hotel. Chegamos no domingo quase às 23h e fomos bem recebidas pelo Sr da recepção. O quarto apesar de antigo é amplo, camas e chuveiro muito bons!. As camareiras deixavam o quarto impecável e sempre trocavam nossas toalhas. Achei meu travesseiro baixo e a camareira prontamente me deu mais dois travesseiros. As roupas de cama cheirosas e tudo bem embalado. Café da manhã com boa qualidade e variedade de frutas, sucos, bolos, pães e o tradicional pão de queijo. Toda a equipe do Cheverny muito simpática e atenciosa. A localização é perfeita, tem muitas coisas nas proximidades, e muito seguro.

Localização excelente

Gostamos muito do hotel, a localização é excelente, perto de tudo, o espaço do apto é amplo, ter uma cozinha é muito prático e facilita bastante. O hotel é antigo mas bem preservado, os funcionários muito educados, café da manhã satisfatório. Eu indico tranquilamente.

Boa acomodação

Muito boa acomodação, com bom café da manhã e atendimento cortez. O negativo da estadia foi o ar condicionado do apto 1504, que ficamos e a garagem: ar condicionado muito barulhento e precisando de uma manutenção urgente. A garagem tem a entrada muito estreita e com subida em curva. Quem tem veiculo grande, tipo camioneta vai passar um aperto para subir e estacionar. Tenho um SUV, Compass, e passei um aperto danado :)

A única observação que tenho é em relação ao espaço fitness. Esteiras ruins e apenas um equipamento. Penso que foi uma adaptação na área perto da piscina e por isso não atende quem precisa manter regularidade de exercícios em viagens. Mas o hotel no geral é ótimo. Bem localizado, espaçoso, com funcionários atenciosos e com café da manhã simples, mas muito delicioso e farto. Sugiro a colocação de microondas na cozinha no lugar do fogão.
